Catch the warm-up before it becomes a write-off.
Wireless sensors in your fridges, freezers, cold rooms and trucks. Every temperature live, excursions predicted before they happen, alerts that keep ringing until someone acts, and audit-ready records written for you.
12 cartons of vaccine stock. Sensor S-0312 reads every minute and keeps recording if the network drops.

From a 2-8 °C vaccine fridge to a -80 °C lab freezer
Each unit gets its own range, its own alarm delay and its own people to call. One account covers every chamber you run.
Vaccine stores
ILR and vaccine fridges where one warm night can mean a full write-off and a reorder.
Pharma distributors and stockists
Cold rooms, ambient godowns and dispatch bays under GDP inspection.
Hospital and clinic pharmacies
Insulin, biologics and ward fridges spread across floors and buildings.
Blood banks
Whole blood, platelets and plasma, each with its own window and record.
Labs and diagnostics
Reagent fridges and ultra-low freezers holding samples that cannot be replaced.
Food and ice-cream
Deep freezers, retail cabinets and depots where a thaw shows up as ice crystals.
Seafood exporters
Chill rooms, blast freezers and containers that buyers ask records for.
Cold-storage operators
Many chambers, many clients, and every client wants their own report.
A log sheet checked twice a day leaves 23 hours unwatched.
Most excursions start after the store shuts: a compressor that cycles wrong, a door left ajar, a power cut at 2 am. By the 9 am check, the reading is back in range and the damage is invisible.
Readings by hand
Two numbers a day on paper, copied into a register and filed until an inspector asks.
Alarms nobody hears
A buzzer inside a locked store at night helps no one. Neither does an SMS to a phone on silent.
Audits from memory
Corrective actions reconstructed days later, calibration certificates in someone's inbox.
Five zones. One screen for all of them.
Every part of Wyenfos is built around a place where temperature goes wrong, and the people who have to fix it.
Every fridge, freezer and truck on one live screen
Wireless sensors report every minute to a gateway on battery backup. If the network or power drops, they store readings locally and fill the gap when it comes back.
- No gaps in the record. Local memory covers network cuts and syncs automatically.
- Site, room, unit, shelf. Group readings the way your stores are actually laid out.
- Battery and signal shown per sensor, so a dead probe never looks like a quiet fridge.
Know it will go out of range before it does
The AI Excursion Predictor learns each unit's normal: defrost cycles, morning door traffic, compressor rhythm. When a trend breaks that pattern, you get a time-to-breach estimate while the stock is still safe.
- Time-to-breach, not just a threshold alarm after the fact.
- Fewer false alarms. Defrost spikes and short door openings are recognised.
- Equipment hints. Rising compressor duty and slow recovery flag a unit before it fails.
Confidence 84%. Trend does not match a defrost or door pattern.
Alerts that keep ringing until someone acts
Phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and app notification to the first person on the chain. No answer in the time you set, and it moves to the next. The alert closes only when someone acknowledges and records what they did.
- Voice calls that wake people up, not just a silent push notification.
- Chains per unit and per shift, with holiday and weekend rosters.
- Acknowledged by name, with the action logged for the audit trail.
The audit file writes itself
Every reading, excursion, corrective action and sign-off is time-stamped against a person. Calibration certificates and due dates live next to the sensors they belong to.
- Tamper-evident history. Edits are added as new entries, never overwritten.
- One-click export of daily min/max, excursion reports and sign-offs as PDF or CSV.
- Calibration reminders 30, 14 and 3 days before a certificate lapses.
| Time | Event | Corrective action | Signed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 02:06 | Trend alert F-03 | Stock moved to F-04 | Night supervisor |

See which sites, units and routes keep slipping
Cold Chain Reports turn a year of readings into decisions: which fridge needs servicing, which branch leaves doors open, which route runs warm after the second stop.
- Route views with temperature, stops and door-open time per trip.
- Time in range and uptime by site, unit, truck and month.
- Per-client reports for cold-storage operators with many customers.
From paper register to live monitoring in four steps
- 01
Clip the sensors
One per fridge, freezer chamber or truck. Probes for glycol bottles and ultra-low freezers where needed.
- 02
Map units and ranges
Name each unit, set its range (2-8 °C, below -18 °C, -80 °C) and the delay before an alarm.
- 03
Set the night chain
Who gets called first, who comes next, and how long each person has to respond.
- 04
Go live and sign off
Readings start flowing; daily reviews and excursion reports wait for your QA sign-off.
What QA managers ask us first
Still unsure about a unit, a range or an audit requirement? Tell us what you run and we will answer for your site.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Sensors keep recording into their own memory and sync the full record when the connection returns, so there are no gaps in the log. Gateways run on battery backup and local buzzer alarms keep working during the outage.
Do you supply sensors?
Yes. You can buy or rent wireless sensors for fridges, freezers, ultra-low freezers, cold rooms and reefer trucks, each shipped with a calibration certificate. We can also connect some loggers you already own; send us the model and we will confirm.
Are the records accepted in audits?
Records are designed for GDP and food-safety audits: every reading, alert, corrective action and sign-off is time-stamped against a named user and cannot be edited silently. Your QA team reviews and signs off, and remains responsible for the final record.
Does it work in reefer trucks?
Yes. Truck sensors record through the trip, buffer when there is no signal and upload at the next coverage point. Reports show temperature, door-open time and stops per route.
Who gets alerted at night?
You decide. Each unit has an escalation chain, for example night supervisor first by call and WhatsApp, then the QA manager after 10 minutes, then the branch head. Alerts keep going until someone acknowledges and records an action.
How long does setup take?
A single store with a few fridges is usually live the same day: clip the sensors, plug in the gateway, set ranges and contacts. Multi-site rollouts are planned site by site with your team.
